Matthew D. Gregarek – Chief Executive Officer at Pure Harvest Cannabis Group

Mr. Gregarek has emerged as one of the most respected leaders in the $1.6 billion Colorado cannabis industry.

He is the founder and managing partner of GKG Investments, a highly successful private equity fund that has founded and/ or assisted with early stage financing for multiple highly successful public cannabis companies.

He is also a founder, CEO and director of Pure Harvest Capital Group, the holding company.

Neale Davis Gibbons – Founder of SKM Cannabis

Mr. Gibbons is the founder and CEO of SKM Cannabis, an innovative Colorado based vertically integrated cannabis operator.

He has expertise in all aspects of the cannabis industry from seed to sale with advanced understanding of cannabis and hemp extraction.

He served in product development for EBBU, which recently sold for $350 million to Canopy Growth (CGC). Mr. Gibbons received his BS degree from Weber State University.

Edward P. Ray – Founder of Connoisseurs Genetics & Concentrates

Mr. Ray founded Connoisseurs Genetics & Concentrates (CGC) in 2015 to offer Medical patients concentrates and consumer products.

CGC’s extraction process is free of any harsh chemicals or solvents offering Colorado patients a clean medicated product.

In 2018, Mr. Ray created the distillate-infused Edibles line of products, offering patients chocolate bars, gummies, granola, and infused drinks. The Koala Bar is the fastest growing edible in Colorado and Edward has plans to produce the bars in multiple states by Jan 2020.

Garvis Toler – President of Data Services Helix TCS

Garvis recently joined Helix TCS as the President of Data Services. In this role he is responsible for integrating data analytics into the Helix suite of services to provide clients with fully integrated solutions. He also leverages his experience and networks to assist the company in accessing global capital markets.

Prior to joining Helix TCS, Garvis held a number of high profile executive roles in big data and capital markets. Most recently, Garvis served as the Global Head of Capital Markets at the NYSE where he was responsible for supporting new listings, liaising with investment banks, and acting as a spokesman for the firm. Under his leadership and strategic vision the NYSE greatly expanded market share and penetrated new, key markets.

Before that, Garvis was critical in revitalizing Deallogic, the single largest deal database in the world. As Deallogic’s Global Head of Equity Capital Markets, he was responsible for the firms largest revenue vertical, ultimately garnering adoption by 23 of the world’s 25 largest investment banks.

He had previously served with RiskMetrics, CFRA, and JP Morgan. He currently consults with G3 Partners, sharing his expertise in business planning, IPOs, and sales strategy. He also sits on the boards of Make-a-Wish Metro NY and Western NY as well as Investorside Research Association.

Garvis holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.S. In Engineering Science from the University of Virginia.

Tyler Beuerlein – Chief Revenue Officer at Hypur

In his role as Hypur’s Chief Revenue Officer, Tyler leverages his extensive experience in building brands, managing key relationships and strategic partnerships.

Tyler has been at the forefront of Hypur’s expansion efforts for over five years and touches Financial Institutions, Government Officials, Regulatory Bodies and the State Legal Cannabis industry. As a result, he possesses an intricate knowledge of the Banking and Regulatory climate, key industry influencers, industry dynamics and market history. He has also become a key contact for media outlets, analytics companies, industry consultants and investment firms searching for reliable, accurate sources of industry information.

Tyler’s contacts and relationships in the US State Legal cannabis industry are unparalleled.

As a result of his influential value, he was selected to be Chairman of the National Cannabis Industry Association Banking and Financial Services Committee. He is also a member of the Forbes Business Development Council, frequently publishing articles about the banking and payment environment in the cannabis industry.

Tyler founded and managed a large beverage company prior to joining the Hypur team and was a Professional athlete in the New York Mets Organization.
